The Cadenza handle is deadlocked with an unlocked key that stops the window from opening.

This handle can be used in either left or right handed situations and comes with a 48mm spade. You will also have to select a lock compatible with the window you have. To identify whether your window is right or left hand, first, check the position of the long portion of the lever. If it points towards the left, then you will require a left-hand handle, however if it points towards the right, then you need a right hand window handle.

The angle of the Cadenza window handle (W62) is sometimes confused with the straight version which has an angular blade however they're very different. The angle-shaped Cadenza window handle (W62) requires an angled locking system in order to work correctly.
