The Cloud received one of the lowest marks in our tests of quality because it has a flimsy, hard plastic seat and a design which appears outdated. It's also costly compared to other lightweight strollers, so it's not the best choice if you're looking for a budget option.

It's not the tiniest stroller, but it's got enough features that it is worth a look. Its swiveling wheels make easy to move it around flat surfaces. It can also jump curbs without much effort. The Cloud's low handle is a drawback, however; it's nearly at knee height and not adjustable. It's not easy to push while your legs are dangling in this manner. The lack of padding makes it even more difficult.

During our testing, we discovered that the Cloud was simple to set up and opened. It's a little more challenging to close, however. You must slide a slider and then pull a big white button to cause it to collapse. This can be quite a hassle if you are juggling children while doing it.

The Cloud comes with a compact but deep storage basket. It can fit a large diaper bag. It's a little narrow, though you'll probably need to put something in it to reach the back to retrieve it. The Cloud comes with an adult and child tray with two cup holders however, they're too narrow to accommodate larger bottles or cups.

The Kolcraft brand has been in existence since 1946 and is a third-generation family-owned business. They started out manufacturing crib pads and diapers and now they produce a variety of baby products, such as highchairs and infant car seats. The company is located in Chicago, and is an American manufacturer.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS

Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist design that's perfect for trips. It's light at 18 pounds (lighter than some single strollers!) It folds flat to make it easy to carry and store. It also has independently reclining seats as well as large SPF 50 sunvisors with peekaboo window. The visors can be adjusted to accommodate children of different heights. Additionally, it comes with an integrated one-step parking brake and is Disney-size approved.

The swivel wheel of the Jeep is also great for maneuvering over bumps and uneven terrain. The stroller does not accept car seats and therefore your children should be at least 6+ months old and have solid neck control in order to ride in the front seat. The stroller comes with a three-panel sun canopy and each seat has its own cupholder and snack tray.

Another extremely light side-by-side stroller is the Valco Baby Snap Trend. It's a bit heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 lbs, but it's amazingly slim and narrow (26.5 inches wide!) and has a ton of luxe features that make it perfect for travel. It is easy to fold, very maneuverable, and fits easily in the overhead compartments and trunks of planes.

The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, just like the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It's pretty similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, but it has a few key distinctions. It's a bit more expensive, but it offers a more shady sun canopy and better maneuverability. It comes with a convenient strap for carrying and can hold children who weigh up to 44 pounds for each seat.

Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+

Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a lightweight stroller with lots of features. It's not just lightweight, weighing just 13 pounds but also has a lot of storage options, including child and parent cupholders as well as a sippy-cup pouch for children as well as a pocket for storage for parents and more. It can also be used with a child's chair and features a flip-flop-friendly brake that is easily engaged. It also has a big canopy that we found to be more effective in blocking the sun's rays than other options in our evaluation of the top double stroller with car seat strollers.

The stroller is light enough to be able to navigate through door frames. This was a major issue with other models we tested. It folds easily and the handlebars are located close to the ground. Its only drawback is the small storage space. When full of kids' stuff, it feels tight.
