3 Wheeled Buggies

Stability

It is recommended to choose a model that has an swiveling front wheel that is locked to help you navigate tricky surfaces.

Having a single front wheel may also indicate that three-wheelers can be bulkier than four-wheeled buggies when folded. Check that your chosen model fits in the boot of your vehicle and can be sat up in the event that it is necessary. Some models are able to fold in one hand, and they're freestanding when collapsed. This can save space in smaller car boots.

A good 3 wheel pushchair will be able to deal with most terrain from busy main streets to woodland tracks. It is important to consider what you'll be using it for every day. If you'll be doing the school run with it, it must be able handle the kerbs and steep slopes. If you intend to jog on it, ensure it has a swivelling "stretch front wheel' that is locked. This will help keep the ride smooth.

MFM reviewer Kath found her three-wheeled buggy was able to handle well on rural and urban walks.
