WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades give you boosts in certain stats. Each upgrade increases the level of the Best item upgrader by +3. A random additional substat is also added to every upgrade item.

Upgraded gear generally sees higher trade value as long as it meets low requirements (like the FB shield of the sorc) or very high stat variance (like Eth titan weapons). These types of gear get less value from upgrading due to the need to roll to get a perfect version.

Recycle Points

The item upgrader allows players to upgrade their gear by transferring the currency to an NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any type of weapon or armor. However, the item used to upgrade will be consumed for the duration of time and can't be used again. Upgrades can be used to create Enchantments.

The upgrader can be found in every major city, and can be accessed anytime to upgrade your equipment. It is recommended to visit the upgrader at least once every few weeks, to ensure that your equipment is up-to-date.

The cost of upgrading will be based on the current item level Upgrade level of the item being upgraded however, they will always be cheaper than purchasing new gear from other sources. For instance, upgrading a Benthic chest piece to 385 levels will cost 20 recycle points, purchasing a similar piece from another player will costs 105.

Valorstones

Upgrades are items that can be used for weapon, armor, tool, and accessory upgrades. They can be purchased by players through item upgrader kit upgrader NPCs in exchange for a variety of currencies, and can also be found in random treasure lists. Once purchased, an upgrade is able to be used on any tool, weapon, or armor. button, which will show an image of the item at the next upgrade level when the player has enough materials.

The cost of upgrading is based on the item slot and the current level of the item and the weapon's price is higher than bracers or gloves, for instance.
