1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro

The gunmetal and gloss black Omni S1 Pro from Eufy is one of most impressive robot vacuums and mop combos available. It uses lidar for navigation and creates maps of rooms and floors.

The S1 was capable of mapping my downstairs quickly, which has flooring in the kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms and a medium-pile and a large rug. It easily drove close to walls without hitting them and even managed to cross raised room thresholds with no problem, although it sometimes struggled to get down stairs in a single move. The S1 performed well in cleaning hard floors. Its mop drove smoothly on its flat side and lifted itself when it was near carpets or carpets.

The docking station of the S1 automatically empties its trash bin and replenishes its onboard water tank with clean, ozonated water prior to every mopping session. The dock also adds a cleaning solution into the water for deep cleaning. The S1 water tank can hold enough for 12 cleaning sessions, but this will differ dependent on how often you use the mop.

Like all 2-in-1 robots the S1 requires regular maintenance to keep it working efficiently. To do this, you'll need to clean the water tank that is dirty regularly to keep it from becoming clogged. Also, you'll need to clean the swivel wheel and sensors regularly to prevent them from getting blocked by dirt or dust. But, overall the S1 is easy to maintain, particularly compared to other combinations that require more hands-on maintenance.

2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

Its mopping is quite impressive, and comes with a pair of spin mop heads that actually lift and scrub the floors, as opposed to just dragging the pad over it. The mops are also cleaned with hot water and dried in the basestation when needed. The mops are also filled from the top of the base station when required.

3. Dreame X40 ultra

Dreame's X30 Ultra robot vacuum and mop was launched earlier this year. But their new flagship model has even more impressive features. It boasts fantastic cleaning results and hands-free maintenance making it a top contender on our top robot vacuum and mop list. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart detection and a larger side brush ensure that an effective, customized cleaning is completed.

The X40 Ultra does an excellent job of vacuuming, picking up fine and large debris from hard floors as well as carpets. It also cleaned our tests' most filthy areas well, and keeping pet hairs from getting caught in knots and other mess. The sweeping power of the machine is boosted by a sidebrush that swings out in order to reach hard-to-reach areas, and mop pads that extend along baseboards.

The Q5 was one of the few robots we tested to not have issues with high-pile rugs and carpets. However, it was able to not remove kitty-poop or cable tangles. This isn't surprising, since it does NOT have AI-powered obstacle-avoidance features.

5. K10 Plus

K10 Plus is one of the quietest robot vacuums we have tested, it also uses a unique system to map your home. This allows it to get into places that other vacuums cannot reach. It also is able to collect more dust in a larger bin, so you don't have to empty it as often. It also has washable filters, which further reduces costs. The robot can also recognize carpets and increase suction when needed. The app allows you to mark areas you want to stay clear of this is a useful feature.
