Parent and child trays along with a large storage bin and 3-tier canopy that has a the ability to peek through the window for maximum sun protection.

The Cloud received one of the lowest scores on our tests of quality due to a flimsy feel, hard plastic seats and a design that seems outdated. It is also more expensive than other strollers with a lighter weight. This makes it a poor option for those seeking the cheapest option.

While it's not the most light double twin stroller side by side, it has enough features that are worth considering. Its swiveling front wheel makes it easy to move on flat surfaces, and it can jump curbs with little effort, unlike many other lightweight strollers that veer off course when trying to do the similar thing. The Cloud's low handle is a problem, however; it's nearly at knee height, and not adjustable. It's uncomfortable to push with your legs dangling in the air and it's also not helping that it's not cushioned.

During our tests, we found the Cloud to be simple to set up and open. To close it, it's a bit more difficult. You must slide the slider before you press a large white button. It can be quite frustrating especially if you're trying to manage kids while doing it.

The Cloud comes with a small but deep storage basket that can fit a medium diaper bag. The basket is a bit small and you might have to put something in it to reach the back. The Cloud includes two tray for parents and children with two cup holders each however, both are too narrow to accommodate larger cups or bottles.

Kolcraft is a Kolcraft brand has been around since 1946 and is a third-generation family-owned business. The first products they made were diapers and crib pads, but they now manufacture a wide range of baby items including highchairs, infant car seats, strollers and toys. The company is located in Chicago, and is an American manufacturer.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS

Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist design, which is ideal for travel. It's light at 18lbs (lighter than many single strollers!) and it folds flat for easy transportation and storage. It also has independently reclined seats and large all-weather SPF 50 sun visors with large windows with peekaboos and under seat storage bags. The visors can be adjusted to accommodate children of different heights. It also features an integrated parking brake with one step and is Disney-sized certified.

The swivel wheel of the Jeep is also great for maneuvering over bumps and uneven terrain. However, this stroller doesn't accept car seats, so your little ones must be 6+ months old and have good neck control to be able to ride in the front seat. It does come with a nice, three panel sun canopy, though, and each seat has its own snack tray, as well as parent cupholders.

Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend is yet another extremely light side by side stroller. Another thing to take note of about this stroller is that it runs on swivel wheels and doesn't have locking capabilities, so it might not be the best option for rocky or hilly terrain.
