Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can increase the performance of a piece of gear and at times even add additional features. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the amount of random augmentations applied.

The racial Shield elite Razortail For instance, it is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption capabilities in PvP or add additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the un-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens are a way to reroll a purchased item, such as armor, weapon or rings. The item is replaced with another item of the same type however with different benefits. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective method to upgrade items equipment. However, they don't keep the level of the original item, and any wasted resources won't be compensated for.

Survivors may acquire reroll tokens by a variety of means such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be located in crates and chests or purchased from the store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attributes of the equipment for example, increasing its damage or giving it a new stat.

Players can reroll their equipment in three aspects three categories: physical power, magic power and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase the damage caused by weapons and melee attack, while upgrades to spell power boost mage attacks and item upgrade rings. Health upgrades give players an additional level of health.

Three types of reroll tokens are available: upgrade rare and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a higher-quality and requires an upgraded reroll token in order to make it. Upgrades require a standard item. Rare upgrades require an item that is exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The marker that rerolls, unlike special tokens or markers placed on action areas, remains on the space till the next success is rerolled. This allows you to prevent the waste of upgrades.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Stage, and are opened by grabbing them with Interact. When they are opened, they show a description and icon for the Ingredient or Appliance. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of money.

During the course of a game, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on chosen Franchise Cards. This changes which blueprints the restaurant's shop has available to reroll and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones that boost an item's level by increasing its stats and abilities. These items can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. They can also purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a cost. These stones are also available to players who have completed daily contracts.

To upgrade gear players first need to locate the appropriate item and then click the "level up" button. This will display a list of the item upgrader mod's level, and what it will be when it is upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Most often rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires a single green or blue Growth Stone.

After deciding on what to upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. After the player has met the requirements, he can select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. The item will be upgraded in level by a certain percentage. The upgrade process can take from a few seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process is risk-free and does not impact the longevity of the item. This makes it an excellent method for players to gain a significant advantage in combat without straining their bank account. Additionally, players can transfer the experience and advancement of an upgraded item to new gear by clicking on the "transfer" tab.

New players may find it difficult to acquire Growth Stones. However, there are numerous methods to obtain them, including completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from the reward chests during the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is an optional feature that allows players to increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. It is achieved by the combination of an item with upgrades at the Upgrade Station and paying a fee in Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade materials will be consumed and the item will receive an upgrade to a higher level. The process will continue until the item reaches its highest level.

Items with upgraded stats will have a blue icon beside their slot. In contrast to enchantments, upgrade components don't stack against each other, and can only be added to one item at one time. Each upgrade component requires the purchase of a certain amount of items as well as a certain level of equipment.

The Upgrade Station has two slots: the left is where players can place equipment that needs to be upgraded, while the right slot shows a preview of what the equipment will look like once it is at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow after is a player has enough resources will initiate the upgrade process.

A piece of gear can be upgraded up to five times. Each time an item is upgraded, its stats will be increased by a small amount. The maximum level for an item is 19.

Once an item reaches the maximum level, its upgrades will no longer be available for it. When an item reaches a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades to the track will be offered at discounts.

Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be slotted into armor, weapons, trinkets, and gathering tools to offer an additional bonus or effect while the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, looted, obtained through quests or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so will destroy the previous upgrade, except for glyphs that can be removed and replaced at will.

Requirements

Item upgrades give players the ability to increase certain stats on weapons and armor they currently have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item differ based on the type of item, but typically you'll need Dilithium as well as a few Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).

Item upgrade components can be slotted into equipment sets and weapons for additional effects or to increase the Best item upgrader level. These upgrades can come from a variety of sources, such as crafting, buying from the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from raids and bosses. Once an upgrade component has been added to an object it is not able to be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.

Upgrades can boost the Mark Level of an item or Rarity. In addition, certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that could further increase the stats of an item.

The upgrade to the helm "Foundation of the Sun" for example, increases base defense and provides an additional 20% chance to block. The DPS "Wildfire" on the other hand, increases weapon damage.

Certain items benefit from being upgraded less because of their improved stats, but more for the fact that it allows players to get the most value from a flawless roll on the item. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for example, is highly valued by the melee PvP communities and can be worth as much as 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.

When you choose an upgrade component to slot into an item, the game will display an in-game window that lists the requirements required for that item. The game will display the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

The game will place an item in your inventory when you have fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will update to show you how far to completing the upgrade. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by going to any item upgrader NPC.
